Steering Universal Joint (U-joint)
This heavy-duty steering universal joint is precision-engineered for custom steering systems, classic truck builds, hot rod applications, and LS swap projects. Available in Black or Silver finish, it covers a wide range of shaft combinations — from smooth bore to DD (Double-D) and splined configurations — so you can find the exact match your build requires.
Each joint is offered in two color/finish options and spans four connection categories:
- Smooth Bore: 3/4" and 1" smooth bore on either or both sides — ideal for slip-fit column and shaft connections.
- Spline × Spline: Combinations of 3/4"-30, 3/4"-36, 11/16"-36, and 13/16"-36 spline shafts on both sides — perfect for direct spline-to-spline steering column connections.
- DD × DD / DD × Smooth Bore / DD × Spline: Double-D shaft on one or both sides, compatible with 3/4" DD and 1" DD configurations — the go-to choice for GM columns, rack-and-pinion conversions, and aftermarket steering shafts.

How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we offer international shipping on a custom request basis. If you’re outside the U.S. and want to place an order, reach out to us directly with your location and the parts you’re interested in. We’ll provide a personalized shipping quote and help coordinate the best delivery method for your region.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for most items. Products must be in their original condition — unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, contact our team with your order number and details, and we’ll walk you through the process. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs.
Please note: custom, electrical, and special-order items are non-returnable. If you receive a damaged or incorrect part, let us know right away — we’ll make it right.
